How do I add new recommendations to my next pack?
Simply navigate to the 'Profile' of your account and select the 'See my recommendation' link under your new set of recommendations. You'll then be taken to the recommendation page, where you can choose to add all or some of the products to your next pack.
Will getting new recommendations change what's in my next order?
Nope! When you receive new recommendations after re-taking the quiz, rest assured that this doesn't change your next order. Your new recommendations will be listed under the 'Profile' section of your account, and it's completely up to you if you wish to add them.
Can I retake the quiz?
Yep! When you log in to your account, select Profile > Take the quiz. From there, you can retake the original quiz and a new set of recommendations will be provided to you.
Can I change the name on my sachets?
Yes, of course! You can do so by following these instructions:
- Open the Daily+ web and log in
- Select More (from the bottom navigation bar)
- Head to Account Details
- Update Name on Pack and select Save
Note: If your order is in production, we cannot change the name on the pack.
How do I change my health goals?
When you log in to your account, you can select Profile > Take the quiz. From there, you can retake the original quiz. Here you can select the same, change, or update your health goals.
Can I edit answers to the quiz that I've given previously?
We're working on an easy way for you to get back to the quiz and edit your answers. For now, you'll need to retake the quiz if you want to change your previous answers! However, you can always adjust your pack by adding or removing products based on what you want directly from the product library.

I forgot my password!
If you've forgotten your password, don't worry - we've got you covered. Follow these simple steps to reset your password securely:
- Open the Daily+ web here
- Click the Forgot Password? link (located beneath the login fields)
- Enter your email address and select Reset
- You'll receive an email from us shortly (This email will contain a link to reset your password. Make sure to check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).
Didn't receive the email from us? You may be entering the wrong email. If you've made a purchase from Daily+ using PayPal, Afterpay, or Apple Pay, try using the email that is associated with that account.

Can I change the email address on my account?
You can easily update your email address within the Daily+ Web by following these steps:
- Open the Daily+ Web
- Navigate to More
- Select Account details
- Update your preferred email
- Confirm changes by clicking on the Save button
What if I'm having trouble logging into my account?
If you're experiencing login issues or have forgotten your password, don't worry! We've got you covered.
On the login screen of the Daily+ Web, look for the Forgot my password option. Click on it. We will send you a password reset link to your email. Check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) for an email from Daily+. Click on the link provided to reset your password.

Payment
When will I be charged?
You will be charged every 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on the subscription plan you selected. Here's how it works:
- 1-Month Subscription: Charged every 30 days.
- 2-Month Subscription: Charged every 60 days.
- 3-Month Subscription: Charged every 90 days.
To find out when your next invoice date is, sign into your account here, select My Pack, then Next Pack, and click on the orange pencil icon if you need to adjust the date of your next pack. You can also manage your subscription from the Daily+ Web.

How can I update my payment information?
You can update your payment information by logging into the Daily+ Web and following these simple steps:
- Open the Daily+ Web
- Click on More
- Go to Payment details
- Update your payment information and select Save
Please click on the link here to log in. Once logged in, scroll down to enter your new payment information and click Save.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We also offer Afterpay for AU customers on a double or quarterly subscription. We are working on offering additional payment options in the near future.
How are my payments secured?
In order to purchase a subscription to our services, you will be required to provide certain payment information: credit card number, expiration date, activation code, and similar information. All payments are processed to the highest data security standards set by the payment card industry (PCI Service Provider Level 1). Your billing information will be collected and processed by our Third Party Payment Vendor. This means we do not get access to any of your billing information. All payment data entering the website is authenticated and encrypted to provide end-to-end communications security.
