    We deliver orders anywhere within Australia. We also ship to a growing list of international locations. If you don't see your country on the list, stay tuned as we're working hard to add more countries.

    How long does it take for my order to arrive?

    We work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. Once your order is paid, your personalised pack is then made to order, just for you! This process typically takes up to 3 business days. Please be aware that during sales, manufacturing timeframes may be affected by delays of a few days and can take up to 5 business days.

    After your order has been manufactured and is ready to be picked up, you'll receive an email containing your tracking details. Be sure to check your emails' junk/spam/promotions folders as they can sometimes end up here.

    Please note: It can take up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping email for your tracking details to be activated by the courier.

    Once your order is ready for dispatch, our average delivery times are:

    • Hong Kong: 1 - 2 business days
    • Singapore: 10 - 12 business days
    • New Zealand: 7 - 12 business days
    • Australia: 10 - 12 business days
    • Malaysia: 10 - 12 business days
    • Philippines: 10 - 12 business days
    • United Kingdom: 10 - 14 business days

    How do I update my shipping address?

    You can update your shipping address by logging into the Daily+ Web and following these simple steps:

    1. Open the Web
    2. Click on More
    3. Go to Shipping details
    4. Enter your updated address and select Save

    Please click on the link here to log in. Once logged in, enter your updated address and select Save.

    Please note: Changing your delivery address in your account will apply to future orders but will not apply to an order that has already been processed. To change the delivery address of your current order, please email Customer Care atCustomers@Dailyplus.bio with as much notice as possible to update your address or alternatively, attempt to redirect your order with the courier.

    My Delivery

    I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, what do I do?

    Please note that once you place your order, it is sent off to our facility shortly after to be produced. If you notify us straightaway that you've entered the wrong address, we can update your details for you if the order has not yet been dispatched.

    If your order has been returned to us due to an incorrectly entered address, we cannot issue a replacement pack or reship it free of charge. Orders that are returned to our facility can be arranged to be re-sent, just get in touch with our Customer Care team.

    How do I track my order?

    Your tracking link will be sent to your email address as soon as your order is ready to be picked up by one of our trusted delivery partners. Your tracking link will also become available in the web once your order is in transit.

    If you haven’t received your tracking email, be sure to check your junk or spam folders as these emails occasionally end up there, or try searching your inbox for all emails from customer@Daily+.com.au.

    Why hasn't my tracking updated yet?

    We understand how important it is to track your order, and we're here to help!

    Here's What Might Be Happening:

    You'll receive your tracking link once we've dispatched your order and the courier has sorted and scanned your item into their system.

    Tracking updates depend on regular scans by the courier. Sometimes, these updates can be delayed by up to 24-48 hours.

    What You Can Do:

    The estimated delivery date in your Daily+ account is approximate. For the most up-to-date information, please keep an eye on your delivery tracking link.

    Need Help? If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

    My order is delayed, what do I do?

    Oh no! We are so sorry to hear that your package is delayed. Please send through your order number and we will be happy to get more details for you regarding the status of your order.

    Weather delays or other unforeseen issues can cause prolonged transit times, but we are happy to help with that!

    What happens if my order has been lost?

    We understand this can be frustrating! In the event there is a shipping error on our behalf or if your package has been deemed lost in transit by the courier, we will send you a replacement pack free of charge.

    However, if you provide Authority to Leave on your order, we cannot accept responsibility if your pack is lost or stolen once delivered. Please note that Authority to Leave is the default option within our checkout page, so if you would prefer to sign for your order, please un-tick the box.

    What if I'm traveling?

    Traveling can be tough on your immune system. Disrupted routines, decreased quantity and quality of sleep, stress, and being exposed to germs can all contribute to a weakened immune system, making you susceptible to illness. That's why good nutrition is especially important when you're traveling. We make it easy for you to get the extra support you need.

    If you need your next pack delivered early to take on your trip, you can reach out to us at hello@Daily+.com.au and we can organise for it to be processed earlier to ensure you have it on time.

    If you're worried about missing your next order, we've made it easy so you can change the date of your next invoice on the webpage. When you go to view your next pack, just click on 'edit date' so your next pack arrives when you return home.

    Cancellations & Returns

    What is your Returns Policy?

    Personalised Orders:

    We are unable to accept returns for products that have been personalised or made especially for you. Once an order has entered the production queue, it becomes non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

    Faulty or Damaged Items:

    In the unlikely event that your items arrive faulty or damaged, we will organise an urgent replacement. Please contact our customer service team at customers@Dailyplus.bio with your order number and a description along with any photos of the issue.

    Order Changes:

    If you have recently placed an order and have had a change of heart, please contact us promptly at +852-92250096. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. It's important to reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss the options available.

    Can I cancel an order?

    At Daily+, we understand that sometimes plans change. Whether you need to adjust the date of your next pack, pause, or modify its contents, we've got you covered. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you manage your subscription effectively:

    How to change the date of your next pack

    1. Open the Daily+ Web
    2. Click on My Pack and go to Next Pack
    3. Click on the orange pencil icon (which you can find next to the order date)
    4. Select your preferred next payment date and confirm

    How to edit what is in your next pack

    1. Open the Daily+ Web
    2. Click on My Pack and go to Next Pack
    3. Select Manage My Pack
    4. Use the bin icon to remove any products
    5. Scroll down to select Add Item to select any products to add
    6. Your pack will be automatically updated and processed on your next payment date

    Important Information Regarding Order Cancellations:

    Once you've paid for your order, it enters our production queue for processing. Unfortunately, orders at this stage cannot be cancelled. However, we've designed our subscription service to be fully flexible to accommodate your needs. You can delay, edit, or pause/cancel any upcoming orders through your account.
