My Subscription
How does my subscription work?
It's really easy! Every 30, 60 or 90 days, we'll automatically deduct your card on file and send you out your personalised daily vitamins. Life's all about flexibility, so you can edit your subscription for future packs at any point or retake the quiz with your new health goals. With an active subscription, you'll automatically receive a new pack monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly (depending on your subscription), which allows you to develop a consistent, healthy habit!

How do I edit my pack?
You can add or remove products in your upcoming pack by following these simple steps:
- Sign in to the Daily+ Web
- Click on My Pack and go to Next Pack
- Click on Manage my Pack
- Use the trash can icon to Remove any products
- Scroll down and select Add Item to add new products to your pack
- Your pack will be automatically updated and processed on your next invoice date
Please click on the link here to log in. Once logged in, click the EDIT button to edit your order. If your pack has been processed, any new changes made will only be applied to future orders.
How to enable payment reminders
Customers have the option to receive a notification email 48 hours prior to your next order being processed. This feature can be easily enabled through your account settings in the Daily+ Web, simply follow these instructions:
- Open the Daily+ Web
- Click on More from the bottom navigation bar
- Select Account details
- Scroll down to Notification preference and tick the box to enable reminders
If you encounter any difficulties enabling this, our Customer Care team can assist you. Please keep in mind that occasionally these emails may end up in your spam folder or may not be delivered if you have previously unsubscribed from our notifications.
Can I add things that weren't recommended in my quiz?
Of course! To make changes to your upcoming pack, you can do so by:
- Log into the Daily+ Web
- Select My Pack and then Next Pack
- Click on Manage my Pack
- Use the trash can icon to remove any products
- Scroll down and click Add item to add any products from our product library
Please be sure to pay close attention if you have any dietary requirements, allergies, or are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying for a baby.
How do I cancel my subscription?
At Daily+, we understand that everyone's health needs are unique and can change over time. That's why we offer fully flexible subscriptions, allowing you to edit or skip your next order, cancel, or resume your subscription at any time to suit your needs.
Cancelling Your Subscription
If you'd like to cancel your subscription, you can follow these simple steps below:
- Sign in to the Daily+ Web
- Click on More
- Select Account Details
- Select the Manage my subscription link and follow the prompts
Once completed, you'll receive a confirmation email to say your account has been successfully paused. This means your account is cancelled and no orders can be placed.
Please click on the link here to log in. Once logged in, scroll down and select 'Manage my subscription'. REMINDER: Please note that pausing your subscription is the same as cancelling and no orders can be placed while your subscription is in this status.
Edit Your Next Order Date
If you need more time to get through your vitamins, we recommend editing your next order date. You can easily do this through the Daily+ Web or logging into your Daily+ account.
Reactivating Your Subscription
When you're ready to restart your vitamin routine, you can log into the web and select Review and Resume plan.
How do I resume my subscription?
We would love to welcome you back to the Daily+ family! You can resume your subscription anytime by following these simple steps below:
- Log in to your Daily+ account
- Click on My Pack
- Select Account Settings
- Confirm your account is reactivated by clicking the reactivate subscription button
Remember to check when your next order date is so that you can make the necessary changes before your order is placed.
How do I change my next order date?
Whether you're looking to skip, delay, or rush your next order - we've got you!
To change the date of your next pack, follow these instructions:
- Sign in to the Daily+ Web
- Click on My Pack
- Go to Next Pack
- Click on the orange pencil icon to change the date
- Select your preferred next payment date and confirm
Please click on the link here to log in. Once logged in, click on the orange pencil icon to change the date. Select your preferred date and confirm. Note: Any changes you make will only apply to future orders. They won't affect any orders that have already been processed, even if they haven't shipped yet. Once your order is confirmed, we're unable to make any further modifications.
Can I speak with a Nutritionist?
Yes, of course! Our clinical Nutritionists are here to support you with dietary and lifestyle advice and any questions you may have about your wellness packs.
If you'd like to discuss your health goals with a clinical Nutritionist you can book a time over the phone. To make a booking, please reach out to our Customer Care team for more information.
Can I order another dispenser?
If you are in need of a new tin dispenser, we have two convenient options for you to choose from.
Option 1: Add a dispenser to your next order!
The first option is to have a new tin included in your next order. This option is available for a charge of $8. Simply ask our Customer Care team to add a new tin dispenser to your next order and the charge will be automatically applied.
Option 2: Request an urgent delivery!
If you need a new tin dispenser as soon as possible, we also offer the option to have it sent in a separate parcel. This option is available for a charge of $15. To request an urgent dispenser, please contact our customer service team and they will assist you with placing the order.
What if my dispenser was damaged in transit?If your dispenser was damaged in transit, please send a photo to our customer care team as soon as possible. They will organise a complimentary replacement for you.
